Makhana is also found in Korea, Japan and Russia, it’s also known as Gorgon Nut and Euryale Ferfox. Makhana seeds look like popcorn. Ingredients

Makhana (Fox Nuts) – 100 gm

Sugar – 200 gm

Ghee – 50 gm

Khoa – 100 gm

Method of making Fox Nuts Sweet

1. Take a pan, and now heat ghee in a pan.

2. Fry Makhana until crisp.

3. Now take aside the Makhana from the ghee and cut it in small pieces.

4. Take a separate kadai and roast the khoa without ghee.

5. Now we will make the sugar syrup. Heat water in a pan and put sugar in it. Keep in mind that we have to make thick syrup. Now stir periodically.

6. Now immediately mix the roasted makhana and khoa and lying in the plate. If you want to make Makhana paag or barfi then cut it in pieces and if you wish to make Makhana laddu make small balls.
